Quality policy

The strictly followed quality policy at PULMEQ guarantees full repeatability of the manufactured products, care for the quality of the production process, and thus – the quality of single-use spirometric mouthpieces.

To ensure the quality of products, at every stage of their production, starting from the purchase of raw materials and packaging materials, through their verification, quality control and storage, we have implemented and work in accordance with the quality management system ISO 13485: 2016 and with the application of the guidelines WHO-GMP .

A modern machine park is a guarantee of excellent quality, manufactured by us, disposable spirometric mouthpieces, thanks to which we are sure that our customers will come back to us with satisfaction.

All our machines and devices have been specially adapted to the production of our products and meet the requirements for devices intended for the production and packaging of medical devices.

Ecology

We are aware of the importance of caring for the natural environment nowadays, which is why the people managing PULMEQ do everything to support Polish nature.

The raw materials used by our company for the production of spirometric mouthpieces are mostly biodegradable, and production waste is specially segregated and collected by specialized companies to facilitate the recycling process.
